For couples who prefer a more private and personal celebration, we offer elopement packages that include everything you need for a beautiful and stress-free ceremony. If you want to skip the ceremony and fast forward to a legal marriage with a license signing, we've got you covered, too!

  • GETTING MARRIED IN GEORGIA

    Step One: Get your marriage license from probate court

    If at least one partner lives in Georgia, the couple may apply for a marriage license within any county in Georgia. Both partners must show up to the court TOGETHER with valid forms of identifications, and an application fee will be charged by the probate court. If you reside outside of Georgia, both partners must go to the probate court within the county of the wedding ceremony location.

  • GETTING MARRIED IN GEORGIA

    Step Two: Bring your documents to the ceremony

    Bring your valid forms of identification and your marriage license to be signed by your officiant. After your ceremony, you have 30 days to return your marriage license to the probate court.
